World's smallest, lightest machine

I saw this advertised and wonder if anyone here has tried it. It seems to fit into your hand. I'm thinking of this unit for travel instead of the full-sized one. Anyone have an opinion on it? If I order it it won't be here in time for my next trip but we travel a lot and perhaps this could be useful for future travel.
