Hi,
I am on cpap for seven months. Whilst my events have gone from 26 per hour to about 5 a night, I am not feeling any better. My wife says I wake up every 10-30 minutes all night every night. I dont remember any of this. She says I give a very deep inhale, lift my head, maybe put my hand up to my mask and then lie down again. I was thinking could this be UARS but I only have a few RERA's a night. My pressure was from 8-13 and my doctor thought this might be whats causing me to wake so he fixed it at 10 but no difference. P1 and P2 was from last night. Does anyone know what the narrow breathing in P3 means? This was from another night. Does anyone have similar experiences or any advice?

Waking up every 10-30 minutes!

"She says I give a very deep inhale, lift my head, maybe put my hand up to my mask and then lie down again. "
I wonder if it's possible that when sleeping, you tuck your head downward, blocking your airway and causing an apnea that might otherwise not happen? A lot of people seem to do that and have tried wearing a soft cervical collar that keeps their heads up, airway open and mouth closed more so than it would be otherwise, so they don't lose Cpap air. Would you consider trying that?
