whats the best tracking app?

I was going to download a app but I seen there is a few to choose from,
any helpful tips on which one is good would be much appreciated.

Kinda need to provide some idea what you have in mind. Most "apps" don't provide much. The equipment you have listed (humidifier) indicates you have a much older machine which you most likely cannot connect to with an app at all.

Perhaps, if you have the smartcard, Smartcard reader, and encore software (computer program not app) you could get details.

Other than that, not really sure which kind of app you are looking for.
