A free class on Sleep and Health on Coursera

Post by Pad A Cheek » Tue Apr 14, 2015 10:36 am

Come join me as I take the "Sleep: Neurobiology, Medicine, and Society" class on Coursera given by the University of Michigan. This class looks to be a very good overview of the issues of sleep and sleep disorders. I am always interested in learning more about the current research about sleep. This looks like a good way to spend my time away from work. And even better, it is free, so all it costs me is my time.

It is self paced and available to download or watch online. I have taken several Coursera classes and I have found them to be worthwhile.
Here is the link, if you want to sign up. https://www.coursera.org/course/sleep

See you there,

Karen

Thanks for posting this link. It looks interesting and I've decided to sign up since it's free and self-based.
