I just received my new Airsense 10 Auto today. I'm excited to use it tonight. It's a big step up from my S8.

I haven't used a humidifier since my first machine which was a Aeiomed Everrest 2.

First night was just...... O.K.

I had the ramp off like I did with my S8. My pressure while trying to fall asleep was not changing making it difficult to go to sleep. I ended up going into the clinical menu and raising the lowest setting. This worked out a little better. I need to go to walmart and buy a SD reader to plug into my Mac so I can see my data on SleepyHead.

Also the smart start did not work too well. It started ok but when I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom....it never shut off.

The humidifier was good. I need to raise the settings cause it was not enough... So that will just take some time to get the right setting.

My AHI was around 5 which was pretty much what it was with my S8.
