I'm excited and nervous......

Post by ElvishKnight » Mon Mar 16, 2015 3:31 pm

I just placed a first time order with EasyBreath.com. They are working with my new insurance which will save me money! For my first order I decided upon a Airsense 10 machine. I can't wait to use it and see how working with this company goes.....

Yes, this forum is sponsored by cpap.com but cpap.com won't file insurance in lieu of payment so if someone is wanting their insurance to pay up front...then some place like easybreathe would need to be used because they will file insurance and wait on payment from insurance company to go directly to easybreathe and all the person has to come up with would be co pay/deductible.

Now cpap.com will supply necessary paperwork for someone to file their insurance directly and be reimbursed but sometimes the insurance company won't pay for anything bought out of network or if it's Medicare they won't pay because cpap.com is not a Medicare provider or maybe someone just doesn't have $900 sitting in their pocket to buy a machine and they do have the co pay amount available.

Could not have said it better myself!! Those are exactly the reasons I went through them instead.

The AirSense 10 should come with a SD card already in place. If it doesn't then you can just go buy a cheap generic SD card.
If your Mac has a slot for the SD card then you won't need a reader/adapter.
If your Mac doesn't have a slot for the SD card then you would need a reader/adapter so you could use one of your USB ports.
I will let someone with Mac experience explain SleepyHead ....I only have Windows computer though once you get the data imported the SleepyHead functions and data reports mean the same no matter which version is used.
