I've had a resmed S9 for the past 5 years and am due to upgrade. What are the best next generation machines on the market?

The next in line from the S9 is the new current model.....AirSense 10, four models of it: Airsense 10 CPAP (no high frequency or detailed data), Airsense 10 Elite (full data straight cpap), Airesense 10 AutoSet (APAP, FULL DATA), Airsense 10 Autoset "For Her" (full data, APAP with additional for her mode)

You can read about them at Cpap.com
