I got prior autho from Medicaid for an E0471 bi-level, but when I bill Medicaid, they are give me the run around. First its "we don't see your PA number", then its no response at all, then its "oh your NPI or Taxonomy code is wrong"....I've gone over and over all claims submitted and there is nothing wrong, and Medicaid still won't pay, not even the first 3 months rental. I'm more than frustrated. Has anyone had a similar experience?
