r u sure that it doesn't ask you if you want to erase it? - that's what my version does - also - you might check for preferences - my version doesn't seem to have any for that.

Use windows explore and find your Respironics folder. Open your Respironics folder and in the Utilities subfolder you will find a file "don't erase data after download" or something close to that. Double click on that file and that should give you the option when you are download data to say "yes" or "no" to erasing data.

Hope this helps

Dale

Go into Window Explorer (File Manager), goto "C" drive, scroll down to program files, open it, scroll down to Respironics, open that, scroll down to Encore Pro, open that, scroll down to utilities, open that.

In utilites, are two files, one do not erase and the other erase. Run the one you want. The file writes to the reg and sets the program the way you want. Jim

Jim, I use all my fingers, they just don't do what I want them to do! I wish I could have learned typing on a computer keyboard. Back in the day I had to type on those old manual bangers 35 years ago - ouch - I never would have made it as a secretary.

That's where you are going wrong, I started using all my fingers in the Military 1965, Now I am down to using two, by using two I can't make mistakes as fast, and I don't have to erase as much. I bet they are still waiting on one of my Morning Reports at Fort Ord. Jim
