There are 2 users in in the program.

Each user has the same make & model machine?

One WILL display Overview data the WON'T.

Have you right clicked on the overview graph? Sometimes I have to do that to get it to show.

Oh wow, I had wondered about the useless empty overview graphs ever since I installed the program. So glad I read this.
