Just received the new Z1 Auto from cpap dot com (taking advantage of the Valentine's sale).
Nice to have a smaller, more lightweight option to travel with.

Just curious if you've slept overnight with it yet, I have one of the straight CPAP machines (Z1) and I find it very difficult to breath with.......would like to hear some feed back from you after you try it for a full night????????

It's always a good idea to try any new equipment before leaving.
Bear in mind that the reduced size may come with trade-offs.
Enjoy your trip, whenever you go.

I have only tried in during the day.
It is, per reviews of the non-auto product, loud (in a squeaky way delivered to mask).
I will try it tonight to see how I do... might have to use earplugs.
I travel alot and have lugged my S9 around the world.
So happy to have a lighterweight option (it is a lot lighter, esp when you count in the power brick).
Plus I am sure all the action not good for my main machine.
Vietnam is next.
