I have Eson Nasal mask, and while I have been having good success, lately I am getting bad leakage numbers. I have adjusted and am wondering how long should I used the same cushion before I replace it? The company sent me replacement cushions, but I have not replaced. I have only been wearing the mask since December 31 of 2014, so roughly 6-7 weeks. Do they wear out that quickly?
Thanks

Unlikely that the cushion is worn out, but if it makes you feel better...change it. I use the Quattro FF mask and my cushions last indefinitely...usually 9-10 months.

Cushion and/or nasal pillow life seems to vary a lot between users. No hard fast rules.
I think it depends on facial oils and maybe cleaning routine or possibly a combination. Try a new cushion and see what happens.

I can't seem to get one to last more than two weeks before I get massive leaks. I just bought two more full face masks on ebay because last night I got no sleep from the leaks. But, I'm sleeping a lot right now, so......

I seem to sleep OK, but the report tells me that the mask was pretty leaky.......I wash the thing according to the instructions, so I can't see where that could be it........I will try to adjust the mask again, and if that doesn't work, I will change it.

Maybe you are overreacting to the report....You will always see some leaks. If you are sleeping good and your AHI is low, don;t worry about leaks.Sleepy Bubba wrote:I seem to sleep OK, but the report tells me that the mask was pretty leaky.......I wash the thing according to the instructions, so I can't see where that could be it........I will try to adjust the mask again, and if that doesn't work, I will change it.
