One trick to saving the bridge of your nose while allowing the mask to seal around the bridge of your nose is to take a flex fabric Band-Aid and trim 80 percent of the sticky ends off making it easier to peel off in the morning. Using this trick will eliminate any redness on your nose. This is literally all you have to do. I've been doing it for years and it works much better that the think silicone things as those always made the seal worse.
