I'm going to assume you mean it messes up your hair. Is that what you mean? I don't have specific advice, but I know a number of people have dealt with CPAP hair in the morning.

Otherwise, figure out how the duck got into your room and fix this problem. Normally the air filter in the back of the machine will prevent waterfowl parts from getting sucked into the machine.

Try a do rag or skull cap.

Well yea I meant my hair getting messed up. Never thought about that duck in my room. Haha. Thanks for the advice.

I wore a duck tail in jr high... what the hell's the matter with a duck tail? I think they look pretty cool. Gave my parents apoplexy tho.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

There seems to be people that pay good money for that look, as well as the hair that is spiked every which way. Sure there is a name out there suitable for it.

I just had an image of that scene from "There's Something About Mary."
Hubby is staring at me wondering why I suddenly started giggling . . .

Not knowing your gender or hair style, it's hard to offer suggestions. My hair is short, but I know some women with long hair put their hair up in a topknot-style ponytail and pull that through the straps... otherwise, I'd say the suggestion to get a do-rag or skull cap is a good one.. maybe even a hairnet or a turban would do the trick.

Now using AirFit F10 mask; Quattro Air is backup mask. RemZzzz mask liners with both.

Forgot that part. I am a male, 28, from Nebraska. Both of those seem like very good ideas. I will have to try it. Thank you all.

Duck tail in the morning? Same solution as for morning bed-head. Just one more good reason to take a morning shower!

I was going to suggest not sleeping with wet or damp hair...or dampen the hair in the morning and restyle as needed.

My full face mask just felt so natural from the start it took me a while to
realize it was causing my morning hair problems. I even asked my barber if
she had started doing my part differently ! But heck those first couple of months
I was still mentally very foggy from the sleep and O2 depredation. Funny now
at 64 my memory is a lot better than it was at 57 when i started cpap now if
it would just fix my gray hair!
