Gizmo to help you get BACK to sleep

Post by Napnea » Tue Dec 23, 2014 12:31 pm

I am a ...naturally... early riser and light sleeper.
Even with the CPAP greatly reducing my daytime nappiness, I still can wake up at 2:00 AM and find a jillion things to think about.

Enter the gizmo:
http://www.amazon.com/Prism-Glasses-Eye ... B000RZNBF4

Now I happened to get mine at a goofy store in the mall called, "As Seen On TV."
Also paid twice as much as that link.

But I have a TV in my bedroom and (no don't tell me it's not "good" sleep ) with Netflix access and I find a boring Western and within 10 minutes looking through the gizmo.... I'm back to sleep.

Anyhow.... .just sayin.

I totally understand. Anything that lulls you into sleep, without using a drug or alcohol, can't be all bad.
Break a rule here and there, if it helps. I would suggest a timer on the TV so it does not wake you later.
It's a free country.
