Need help setting my pressures

Could someone please email me with the instructions for
changing my pressure, I can't find where I put my notes

I thought about writing it all out to send, but I don't like to type that much, and Amigo had done such a great job on his post. I firmly believe in the KISS method. The simpler it is for me the better.
