I am a side sleeper and I wanted to know if the Nasal Aire II is more cofortable than the Nasal Aire I. Also, what are the other differences between the I and the II.
Thanks,

I also used both and found no difference. Actually, I did. The prongs of the II are a little softer, and I found that they "popped" out of my nares - the I's never did that.
With my I's, I used a thin elastic strap from the hoses by the ears up over my head --- very similar to what the current headgear is now. But my little piece of elastic was much thinner and more comfortable.
I use the Aura now, and it doesn't get any better than that, for me.
