My normal AHI is around 2.0 every night with a sleeping temp of about 70 F
Last week,I was traveling and my hotel room was very cold - about 65F
In those 3 nights, my AHI was - 0.3 - 0.7 - 0.5
Came home and back to 2.0
Is there are correlation ? I felt shockingly better at those sub 1 AHIs.
Been keeping a strict sleep diary - had no other changes
Does a cold room = lower AHI ?
Re: Does a cold room = lower AHI ?

Works for me, too. My bedroom is between 60 - 65 all year round and my average AHI is below 0.5......usually 0.4 - 0.3.
And, I use "passover" (cool) humidification, too.
