Can you help me troubleshoot my zeo?
I have Zeo Bedside. The bedside device works. The headband started turning itself off early so I ordered new headbands. I didn't use it for many months in between because, life. So I finally got around to hooking it back up again with the new headband. And, while the bedside unit still works, the headband doesn't start working at all. I think there might be a problem with the transmitter, maybe the battery.
Any ideas on how I should deal with this?

Re: Help, my zeo stopped working
When you put the headband/transmitter on the dock, does it indicate that the battery is charging (blinking battery symbol in upper left of display)? If not, make sure the contacts of the headband/transmitter are making good contact with contacts of dock. If it is blinking, leave the headband/transmitter on the dock overnight to fully recharge the battery. When it is fully charged, it should stop blinking. Unfortunately, if the battery will no longer take or hold a charge, I know of no one who has replaced one.
When you say you ordered headbands, did you mean just the soft part, the sensors and band and not the hard transmitter part?
