Update. Apria same day-shipped my AC cord. It was wrapped with a power pack. (If the power pack and AC cord sit together in the same bin in warehouse, I wonder how I got one without the other the first time. Yes, I now have 2 power packs. Even though I told Apria I only needed AC cord. It took a while to convince them.)
Tino2You wrote "go into the clinicians menu and see if there are any hours on the machine."
Pugsy wrote "Check the machine hours and not just therapy hours and check the SD card also."
How do I do that? Where is clinicians menu? What's SD card?
I think I'm ready for my first night of CPAP. Any words of wisdom?
