I have what it seems like panic attack or when I fell asleep, I bought the oxymeter and those are my first results, can you please suggest if I would need a sleep doctor specialist or a cardiologist to look for those results and what do you think they mean.
I have gr8 blood pressure around 115/75 average BPM resting during the day at 65 low colestherol high trigl (250) problem is that I am also hypocondriac.

Hi - you've left out all kinds of necessary things like leaks and leak rate, flow information, some pressure stuff, etc. etc. Your O2 looks ok actually, so find the rest of the results and come back with them.

You don't have a cpap machine do you?
Did you just do the pulse ox thing because you suspect you might have sleep apnea for whatever reason?
Leak rates are on cpap software reports and not pulse ox reports and if you aren't on a cpap machine then you won't have them.
The desats weren't horribly low but they were enough to stand out and get one's attention and whatever is causing them or how bad they might be in terms of your health needs to be something you sort through with a doctor.
They could also be loss of contact artifacts.
Perhaps additional nights with the pulse ox for sure on better to eliminate the possibility of loss of contact artifacts might be in order.
If you are having low daytime while awake pulse ox reports...see a doctor.

Unfortunately it looks like you have artifacts (usually caused by finger movement inside the oximeter) during your desaturations. I can't tell if they are what really happened or if the oximeter was just trying to get back on track after the artifact. Overall it doesn't look too bad. Try recording a few more nights of data to get a better picture of what is going on.
Looking at the data you presented, your panic attack was very short lived. The transition between wake and sleep can sometimes warp time awareness and lead you to think a variety of things happened when they were only passing thoughts.
SpO2 96+% and holding...

Looking at your first graph, I see what I think are events below 88% but the data listing at the top(events < 88%) only show 1. This artifact (outlier) could be caused if you get up to go to the bathroom. You may wish to look at the Oximetry Report option under the Report tab. The Oximetry report breaks down the events into % levels and time.
Generally, doctors prefer to see an SpO2 level to be 95% or better but set the lower limit at 88% before concern(at least in my experience). This data alone does not say you do or don't have sleep apnea, it just shows that you're experiencing SpO2 desaturation. Have you had any cardio workup recently? You need to show this data to your doctor and see what he/she recommends next.
Good Luck!

I dont think I have sleep aphnea those low events are more likely due to a mulfunction on the finger oxymeter since I see no results 5 seconds before, I am actually worried about my spo2 level since during the day its at 96 goes down to 94 95 while I rest and the graph shows at night. I dont have a CPAP machine.
My main concern is it my spo2 level at night as an average cause of concern?
