AHI

How do you know if your AHI is a good number and therapy is working. Mine start from 1.5 to 3.8 depending on the night.

a) if you feel better than you did before using the machine.
b) if you download (free) SleepyHead software from the forum (first note on main pg in Pugsy's Pointers) and use it to track not only AHI but many other features overnight to see how all are doing.

Treated AHI of 1.5 to 3.8 is considered successful therapy. But, as Julie said, the main thing with those numbers is how you feel.
