Hello!
After a two year break- Sleep doc and 2 sleep studies claimed I didn't have sleep apnea. I've had some new/worsening health issues pop up and a new dr that feels poor sleep is contributing to my health issues. He's not a sleep doc and he did refer me to one for a consult. My question is since I've got the equipment including a data capable machine and Sleepy Head software could/should I attempt to self titrate or at least see what my AHI is at this point? I know it won't show RLS or PLMD but it's a start right???

The S9 AutoSet will show the apnea event categories and flow limitations (which might be important if your AHI is low) and snores.
What you are wanting to do is reasonable...use the lowest pressure that you can comfortably use though.
There is still therapy value even at 4 cm pressure so a low AHI wouldn't necessarily mean not much is going on but would/should give you a starting point.
I would have trouble using only 4 cm due to air hunger but maybe you could be comfortable with 4 cm..if not use the lowest starting pressure that you are comfortable with.
I would use apap mode ...and probably set the min to 4 (or as low as I was comfortable with) and maybe set the max to 10 just to see if it wanted to move upward because if it moves upwards then the machine is trying to prevent something even if AHI isn't exciting.

Thanks pugsy! I set it for auto no ramp between 7-10 cm. I also downloaded the new version of Sleepyhead software so now I just need to sleep.
