Most of us maybe, when starting out. If it continues to happen, try using blue painters tape on the cheek straps to make it hard to pull mask off without waking you.

Quickstrike-

Does your machine have the auto on/off feature? If yes, is it enabled?

This is exactly my problem. I wake up after 4-5 hours and discover my mask neatly placed on the bedside table and the machine turned off. When I wake up I am in almost a panic state - elevated heart rate. I have tried starting again as soon as I am calmed down (which can take an hour) but the same thing happens again. In bad cases I take 2-3 hours to be functional (not shaky, brain feeling wonky, heart rate settled to normal). But I an sometimes not functional until noon after 2 of these sessions. Do you think the tape would help? I am on my back when I wake up, prefer and do much better on my side. Tried tennis balls on my back but slept on them very nicely - woke up w/ bruises!
