I also agree that there should/could be a median temp for comfort since noses don't vary that much. I noticed the person who sold me this machine and the last one set the temp at 27 degrees C so I assumed they knew something I didn't.
Unlikely that a median would be useful since people, location and areas are so different along with seasons, local weather conditions, altitude, differences in rooms, use of AC or furnaces... Too many variables. For a specific individual even what is good during one season may not be the next, or even if you have change in weather over a week could make a difference.

The settings are there for YOU to change, you can even get more control if you turn auto mode off and then you can control both the Heated Hose and the Humidity at the same time.

As to the previous users settings. Pretty sure that 80F (26C) is the default.

Krelvin, i am changing temp and humidity level and have not changed auto mode. Does that mean it reverts back to default unless imswitch out of auto mode? Thanks for patience.

If you have the choice of both Temp and Humidity, you are not in auto mode now.

Info on how to change the auto mode off so you have access to both can be found. https://sleep.tnet.com/reference/tips/resmed9humidity

One size RARELY fits all.
My gorgeous visage fits only a few brilliantly designed masks.
With the others--missed, again!
