I've had more frequent period breathing in the last week and I'm really freaking out now. Can someone look at this and tell me if its Cheyenne Stokes breathing?[

No, it doesn't look like CSR at all to me.
It appears to be very minor and barely meets the definition of Periodic Breathing...which by definition is just a waxing and waning of the air flow that lasts for at least 2 minutes.
CSR is a type of PB but not the only form of PB. SleepyHead's author elected to call this PB as CSR by default but it isn't CSR and if you were using Encore software it would just be flagged as Periodic Breathing. I really wish that PB had been used instead of CSR because it is scaring people needlessly.
CSR has a very definite pattern and yours looks nothing like it.

I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Thank you both so much. In Encore it's just Periodic breathing. I know my numbers have increased but I think it's because I've been rolling over and sleeping on my back.
