My sleepmapper takes a lot of power and I want to desistall it in my Window 8 computer.

How can I do that ? thanks

Get to the control panel (windows key if needed, then type "control panel" and click on control panel) click on "Uninstall a program" find sleepmapper click on it and then select uninstall or uninstall/remove. Follow the prompts. These steps make take a while.

and sleepmapper upload (or some similar name) and repeat the process. I can break this down into more steps if needed.

If you have not done the free upgrade to windows 8.1 you should do so.
