Hit print screen on keyboard. Open paint hit paste and save the file as a .jpg file. Upload to photobucket and paste a link to the image. Format for post well look like this [IMG]link[IMG]

you need to post a screenshot, not a fuzzy printout. and ask questions, don't just post "what's going on".

start here: https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead/shorganize

then take a screenshot: https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepy ... screenshot

then post it: https://sleep.tnet.com/reference/tips/imgur

I would suggest limiting your maximum pressure to about 10 cm. for starters. Then see what things look like after a few nights of that.

How many times during the night would you say you wake up? Any idea why?
Do you take any meds? If so, what are they?
Any other health conditions?

Your AHI seems to be primarily Clear Airway/Central in nature. Is this report for the 17th a typical night or is this report a bad night and the others aren't so bad in terms of AHI?

Do you know if you were awake or not during those clusters of Clear Airway events?

Do you have a copy of your sleep studies?
Did you have an in lab diagnostic study and an in lab titration sleep study or did you do something else.

I stand by my suggestion. You appear to be having more CAs above the pressure of 10 cm.

I wake up 2 -3 times a night but can go back to sleep right away .
I am not on any medications at all and some days I feel good but mostly am tired and in need of a nap. No health issues at this time No more headaches when I wake up.
Had a sleep evaluation about four years ago and progressed from a cpap machine to an auto bipap still
just wondering if this is it Is this the best I can expect from this treatment Thanks for your input

How come you progressed to bilevel?
Do you know if you had any centrals documented on either your diagnostic sleep study or the in lab titration sleep study.

The Clear Airway events concern me. While some of them do pop up with the higher IPAP ...there is some showing at the lower pressures too...like the first cluster right when you turned the machine on and I assume you were awake...so some of them are likely awake/semi awake breathing CAs which we ignore. Obviously we can't tell by the others but if you say you are waking maybe 2 or 3 times a night then we can't explain all those CAs away.

How did you come to be using these pressure settings?
Have you tried lower?
Did you have centrals when you were on the other machine prior to bilevel?

Not sure about centrals changed from cpap to bilevel because I was swallowing air most night which caused much discomfort and still not sleeping well Dr. prescribed these settings groan....

Do you happen to have an old software report available for when you were on the other machine?
Were you on a machine that flagged centrals?

How is the aerophagia now with the bilevel?

I still get a few episode of aerophagia but not as severe or as often.
Here is a statistic report which may help

Even on the other machine the AHI was primarily Clear Airway. It concerns me..not alarmingly but concerns me.

Can you get me a zoomed in image of time frame where you see the green Periodic Breathing being flagged?
Go to the events tab and find the cluster of clear airway events flagged during PB....go in and click on one of the CAs that is sort of in the middle of the cluster of CAs (and in the middle of the green PB) so that the graphs change and you are zoomed in so we can see each breath and the event during the PB flagged time.

Without knowing what was found or not found on the previous sleep studies we don't know what is causing these centrals...did you have them before the beginning of cpap therapy or did they pop up after the beginning of CPAP therapy.
There's enough of them consistently that they could be a factor in feeling crappy.

Have you talked to your doctor about the centrals at all?
If they are related to pressure itself then we might get lucky and have them reduce if the pressure is reduced and not have the obstructive side of things get worse.
Are you comfortable with changing things yourself or do you prefer to have the doctor advise on the changes?
