Wow! Is that going to be like a chaise? Looks kind of cool. What kind of mattress will conform to that?

Might be a bit steep, even with the butt stop. I found much over a 6" rise made it really hard to get comfortable trying to sleep on side, and still didn't drop my OA that much. Laid it back down, trying my best to sleep on my side; OA went away, and overall AHI dropped to below 5. Everyone has different challenges, though.

Purpose is to try to stop back pain, stop aerophagia and lower ahi. I only slept 5 hours last night but I didn't have aerophagia issues and ahi was down to 1.4. I slept on my back the entire time. Usually ok my back I get about a 3 ahi on my side it's about 1.5 but back hurts on my side
Wife said it's too steep bit she used a pillow

After a couple days of sleeping with the need like this it has helped. My back and the aerophagia. I have not gotten up once from back pain or aerophagia. I haven't even had top pass any gas getting up in the morning. I'm still getting up from apneas our any other breathing problems. But now I can raise the pressure a bit more to help stop the apneas and reduce snoring and flow limitations

I also lowered the angle of the had of the bed. Now the angle between the head and feet is 130° The head is 70° from vertical and the foot is 60° from vertical

The picture needs a banana for scale.

Good luck. I'm a confirmed recliner sleeper these days myself.
