ResMed ResScan - Cannot Access Detailed Data
ResMed ResScan - Cannot Access Detailed Data
I recently began using the ResMed AirFit P10 mask and wanted to look at my CPAP data to see how it compares to the data prior to the change. I am using ResScan software and noticed that I cannot get any detailed data. When I attempt to view detailed data for last night or several of the previous days, I get a message saying that "no data is available". Has anyone had this problem? If so, how can I resolve this? Thank you for your assistance!

Re: ResMed ResScan - Cannot Access Detailed Data
silly question...is your card unlocked while in your xPAP machine so it can be written to? Lock when trying to get data from the card (when using Windows, anyhow).

Re: ResMed ResScan - Cannot Access Detailed Data
I assume that the card was placed correctly into the CPAP machine since it was done by people at my sleep clinic. I haven't removed the card since then. Perhaps the card came lose in transit or it was not properly installed by personnel at the sleep clinic. I'm not sure. I can view summary data, but not detailed data. Other than the card not being properly installed, what might cause such an issue?

How would you access the data without removing the card? You might want to check if there is a card there at all. Sounds like they are transmitting compliance data. Many DMEs intentionally remove the card, or sell it separately.zmbee wrote:I assume that the card was placed correctly into the CPAP machine since it was done by people at my sleep clinic. Hope you have patience with that, sometimes it can get a little crazy.

Re: ResMed ResScan - Cannot Access Detailed Data
Lazer1234 has the most probable reason why ResScan isn't showing detailed data available.
The default download in ResScan is for summary data only. You have to change it so that you get "all available data" and that means also checking the little box for "this will use a lot of storage on your computer". This is not an issue for personal computers but DMEs with hundreds of patients might have an issue especially since they rarely look at the detailed data anyway.
Make the changes and then put a check mark in the box for "make this my default download" so you don't have to change it each time.

Lazer, du har rätt ! Tack så mycket !
Brilliant! Lazer was correct. I had downloaded only the summary data. Thank you everyone!
