Got rid of bloody nose now get headache, any suggestions?

Since going to ResMed full face mask and turning heated hose up to 7, I've lost bloody nose in AM but now I'm getting headache from sinuses. They seem to still be dry even though I'm using nasal spray and gel throughout the day.
Any suggestions? I have allergies but uually with them , nose is stuffed.

If you aren't using one already, obtain a climate line air tubing.

What is a climate line tubing?

I have a heated tube but don't understand what climate line tubing does.
