I'd say 9 also.
my opinion is to change the settings fairly easily early on, till you get close... then smaller steps as you zero in on what's best.

Thanks Pugsy. He will also wear a chin strap tonight in case he is mouth breathing a lot during the night. He is not getting any leaks but I sure don't like the straps at the back of the head. They are too big and no way to tighten that section. Once he gets use to the machine, I'll have him try the Nuance Pro Pillows. He can't have my P10 until I get a backup. LOL.
Hubby's equipment: PR System One REMstar Auto A-Flex model 560P. Doctor's orders left it open 5-20. We changed it to 8-20 after a couple nights. Start Date was 1/30/15. Oh, mask is the new nasal pico.
