respironics mask nuance issues

Hi there
im using respironics nuance mask, which i basically like except the
velcro on the sides keeps coming undone in my sleep then the mask slips and air leaks.
This is the 2 nd head gear that this has happened on. Any ideas on how to fix/help this?
my other issue is that it seems the back band gets so stretched out quickly and doesn't stay put.

you should register. that said, if you really like the mask and it isn't more than 3 months old, you could sew new velcro or some other simple fix.

I registered just after I posted the question
I'm not very crafty also the Velcro is right on my cheeks. I'm going to look and see if I have any Velcro laying around
