I checked my efficacy data for the first time this morning & it was as follows:
Leak: .14 l/s
AHI 3.1
AI .3
HI 2.8
Those were the readings for one night - does anyone know what those #'s mean in laymans terms?

I've got the same machine and I've been tracking my ##'s too, I'm only 80 days into this but I'm looking for lowest possible no.'s on the AHI and AI, HI is maybe not as important? I've been changing my masks, setting pressure in small increments, and generally trying to find out what works!
Anyways, lower leak no is also better, I've discovered though that if I set a longer ramp time my no's seem better.

I am not an expert, but here is what little I've learned on that. With all of those numbers, the lower the better. Numbers approaching 0 are theoretically possible and some people achieve them, but most don't consistently. I have been told that leaks should be under .4 on that machine optimally. Anything over .6 would be a real problem. The "insurance industry standard" for AHI is 5, but my sleep doc wants mine always under 4. AI and HI get added together to get the AHI number. If your AHI is below 4, you shouldn't worry about those two. I hope that helps.
