Home sleep monitors

Anyone ever try those sleep monitors from pharmacy Beddit or Resmed? They monitor stages of sleep and other things. Considering buying a comprehensive one.

I have no way to verify the data it collects to figure out just how good either is. That's my problem with these gadgets...I have nothing to compare to ...to help me figure out if they are actually accurate or not.

I don't know anyone who has yet taken the plunge to try the new ResMed gadget...it's relatively new.
I wanted to try one just to see if I could fool it because my logical mind tells me that something on my night table can't tell me anything about my sleep or lack of...but I can't afford that much money just to experiment.

If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

Get the Clinicians manual here : http://apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-press ... tup-manual
