Is this the same thing as selecting "large thumbnail"?
no... because then you get a large thumbnail, with a link to the main page.... you could add the .png to the first one, that instead gives you the large thumbnail, with a link to the big image

My Saturday night after setting PS to 4-5 (which I think is what Pugsy advised me to change) and "scrunched up":

I did wake up 3 or 4 times briefly but fell back to sleep quickly and I feel pretty good this morning.

You don't really need to include those bottom 3 graphs.
If you resize the 4 main graphs so they are larger and those 3 unneeded graphs are moved down off the viewing area you will be able to see leak line and pressure line in a little better detail.
In an effort to show more graphs it makes the graphs tiny. The top 4 graphs (Events, Flow Rate, Pressure and leak) are the main graphs. The other just show a wide range of normal and don't really tell us anything exciting that pertains to sleep apnea.

In general last night's report looks quite decent. If it were my report I would be very happy with it.
Did you sleep okay last night?

I did sleep pretty well. Here are the four graphs resized to fit properly:

I would give this change a week or so.
See if the leaks stay better managed (leak line last night was awesome good).
See if you still sleep well.

Only thing I might keep an eye on if it were me would be that little cluster of snores. Minor thing really but if I saw it often or increasing I might consider a 0.5 increase in EPAP. There is no urgent need to do anything though and it's just a minor tweaking at this point if the reports continue to look this clean.
Overall your report last night just looks less wild and less cluttered....of course it's just one night and one night doesn't make a trend but we know these settings will work. Now just give it some time to see if you have more nights like last night.

Thanks everyone,

I agree that the night looks pretty good and in general much better than before. I really paid attention to the mask fit last night and decided to stay on my back if I could. Since there are no big leaks at all it seems as though I might have made it through the entire night on my back. I know that that's not the best position but I think rolling onto my side is a big cause for my mask leaks. I'll give this a week and then maybe go back to trying to sleep with nasal pillows instead of the full face mask..

Jack
