Does anyone know where I can get a good Bipap machine at a low price I don't have health coverage that will not cover the cost so it's out of pocket only . any info will help thank you

the first 'goto' is secondwindcpap.com, second would be craigslist, locally or nationally. if local, you can meet somewhere nice and public (I like starbucks because there's enough people around you probably won't get robbed, and you can plug the machine in and test it (since they've got outlets scattered around for the folks that bring in their computers).

If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

Try SecondWind. The have both a Respironics machine and a ResMed machine right now at a pretty low price.
Current model Respironics Auto BiPap is nearly $1900 as a price comparison.

I'd recommend the prs1 760 or the resmed vpap auto as something to shoot for.
