I am worse on my back too, but I don't worry about it. I use an auto range that can handle when I am on my back. As a bonus, the higher pressure on my back makes my cheeks flap a little, so I roll back onto my side. So, with cpap, I sleep less on my back without making any effort.

My pressure range is 11-17. I spend most of the night between 11 and 13, with short spikes up to 15 and very rarely, a short spike up to 16.9.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?
