Need software or Sleepyhead is not Correct

Post by kozman48 » Fri Oct 17, 2014 8:03 am

You guys/Gals have bee a great help, I got a new Machine and did a new titration. I am not using the "BRICK" SE version cpap.
So I now have a Remstar BiPap Auto 760 with Bi-Flex and I have been on it about a week. I am trying to look at software to view my progress. I downloaded SleepyHead and it imported my data and shows graphs, the problem is...my Clear Airway Apnea is ranging from 27 to 32. So my AHI is High.
Here are the numbers: (last night)
AHI 29.86
EPAP 11
IPAP 17
PS 6

Hypopnea .63
Obstructive Apnea 1.13
Clear Airway Apnea 28.10
Vibratory Snore .63
Per Breathing 0.00

I am not sure what a high Clear Airway Apnea means?
if its just because I am staring out?
If its because of SleepyHead and I need Encore Basic?

I am feeling a bit better but not near shat I thought I would be. I know it takes time.
Is there a better way to track my progress??

It means you are still having problems and thank God you don't have the brick anymore because otherwise we wouldn't know what's going on.

Are you seeing any CSR/Periodic breathing flags (green areas on the graphs) on the SleepyHead reports?
If so...what is the % showing of CSR/PB on that graph over by the AHI bar graphs on the left.

Give me a minute. You are going to need EncoreBasic to show your doctor what's going on.
Not that SleepyHead is inaccurate because it is going to show what Basic shows....but the doctor isn't going to be familiar with SleepyHead and won't trust it.

I will send you a private message in just a few minutes with information on EncoreBasic.
