Is an ahi of 5 to 10 sufficient to determine my sleep qualit

Hi friends
New data from last night.I increased the minimum pressure to 8, but AHI went up to 5.9. EPR is on , set at max of 3 .Any advice on changing settings to improve sleep quality? thanks

Your AHI should go down a bit if you turn down the EPR - do you really need it so high?

Which event category increased and caused the AHI to increase? Was it by chance more clear airway events?
If so, next question...how did you sleep last night?

And you really need to figure out how to post images of the detailed reports...just posting a mile long statistical thing that is hard to read doesn't really help much and is hard to comprehend. Remember we have OSA too and sometimes our minds aren't so sharp too.
