What software should I get? Can I get copies of the reports from the DME

so, now go to the profile section and look for entries with "60 series" in them .. auto 60 series for the machine.

Profile still shows the older models.

This is what to choose

Machine....PR System One 60 Series Auto CPAP

Humidifier...PR System One 60 Series heated tube humidifier with heated tube (even if you aren't using the optional heated hose)

Then be sure to click on submit or the changes won't stick.

Right now I see this machine chosen....PR System One 60 Series Pro CPAP...that's model 460
and you have a 560 model so the correct choice would be...PR System One 60 Series Auto CPAP

One little word different. Don't forget to click on submit again.
