start by going through pugsy's sleepyhead pointers, first stickied post at the top of the forum

After you do what pale rider suggested, I recommend you get more than 4.25 hours sleep every night. I like twice that.
Then I would consider raising the minimum pressure from 4 to maybe 6.
Then I would check my numbers for a week or so. If they stay as good as yours are I would smile a lot and maybe keep a diary of how I feel, rested, grumpy, sleepy, 3 naps a day, or full of energy like a 20 year old.

On the night you posted it looks like you used the machine for 4+ hours. Is that true of the other three nights so far? If so, it's not a lot of time to examine yet. That being said, your numbers do look good so far. Your AHI is well below what is considered effective treatment (AHI = 5.0). And your leak numbers are also good (24 is the "do not cross" line on ResMed machines). Do take a look at Pugsy's write-up and post more questions as they come up for you. Johnathan - the top sub-table of your statistics table is CPAP Usage.
It says you're averaging 6 hours and 08 minutes over 4 days, with 4:25 last night. Since you only have 4 days of usage, the weekly, monthly and yearly averages are all the same.
Compliance is if you use your machine for at least 4.0 hours in a night (actually noon to noon is the time period and it'll sum up multiple uses during the period). For a single day your compliance is either 100% or 0%. - and the averages are the number of compliant days per total days. This is something doctors and insurance companies use to check up on you; usually 70% is the minimum for them to be satisfied.
