Does anyone use a CPAP pillow? I'm having a hard time sleeping in my side without adjusting and readjusting the mask. Any suggestions?

I use a buckwheat hull pillow. Once I shape and adjust the hull distribution, they tend to stay put. Eventually, they shift when I move my head.

I tried an expensive "cpap" pillow. It didn't work for me. Good luck, Earl

I think many people do use them and I'm sure they work for many. I also have heard people who don't like buckwheat, but it's so personal you need to try things for yourself.

The specialty pillow worked well for my full face mask but with nasal pillows I use my "normal" three pillow combo. I actually find the pillow helps me align the headgear to seal the pillows down...

Many discussions over the years.
Go up to the Search line and put in "bed pillows" and start sifting through the links.
