Also, often (but probably unrelated) I wake up for an hour in the middle of the night for inexplicable reasons (hence the gap between 6 AM and 7 AM).
Still waiting for my sleep study results back from Stanford. They increased my pressure from 14 CPAP to 16-18 APAP.
What's the best way to get rid of these RERAs? Should I push my min pressure up to 17? It's odd that the machine's APAP algorithm isn't reacting to these RERAs by increasing the pressure.
