I made a few overnight runs with the CMS50D oximeter. The report shows my pulse stays pretty constant, but my SPO2 changes and has "events" ( sections of time where it shifts around). My pulse is 45 and basal SPO2 is 93.4. There are long periods where it baselines from 92 to 94. 97 to 99 is considered ideal. My S9 APAP shows AHI=.4 for 6 hours of operation.
Is that SPO2 too low? I know 88 is serious. Also, the CMS has a +- 2% tolerance (1.8 @ 93; 94.8 or 91.2).
Also when I tried to download the oximetry data to SleepyHead, it wouldn't do it because the time was not in sync with the S9 data. That seems impossible to do.
