Neewbie Sleepyhead question about the PR Sys1 BipapAutoSVAdv

Post by arkis26 » Fri Jul 18, 2014 6:20 pm

Just starting with the forum. Many thanks to all for the help, support and empowerment.
I read a post stating that Sleepyhead doesn't work accurately with my machine listed above. I just downloaded it, and it seems to read my SD fine, and generate the expected graphs. Was this other post accurate, or do I need another software to monitor my progress? Thanks for the help.

I have the same machine and it works fine with it... It may have been an older post, I think jedimark added it awhile ago...

Sleepyhead is still Beta Software, the version you downloaded says "testing".
That being said I use it with the same machine you have. There are a few bugs but I haven't even noticed them, others here have been pointing them out.

I also have Encore which is the official Phillips Resperonics software, but I prefer Sleepyhead.

Thanks for the response guys. Can now get down to the business of understanding the graphs an figuring out whats needs to be fixed.

Have you seen this which might help explain some of the data you see on the reports? Geared for Encore so the data is presented visually a little differently but data is data and means the same no matter which software is showing it.
EncoreGuide link this will show you examples of what you will see.
