Hello,
It looks like last night was the first night there were significant flow limitations. I think they mighthave been non-medical (i.e. a pinched hose or something similar). It looks like it got to ~0.5 on the resmed s9. They were accompanied by increases in pressure and an above average leak rate. Pressure was too high so I had to ditch the mask in the end.
Is this a reasonable interpretation of the plots? A pinched hose? Thanks!

Auto CPAPs respond to Snores and Flow Limitations with pressure increases. My "theory" about these kinds of situations is that some people have a reflex reaction to pressure increases. The machine interprets that reflex reaction as another Flow Limitation.....which creates another pressure increase and results in another reflex reaction and another Flow Reaction.....and the cycle continues until something breaks it. That's what I see in the report you posted.
I notice that your mask leak also increases with the pressure increases and flow limitations.
You didn't say what mask you were using.
In my opinion, this is one of those scenarios that can be problematic with using a range of pressures.

Resmed machines don't provide yet "mask pressure", so how could you relate to it seriously?
On my S9 I get this for Flow Limitation (FL) these days:
In April 2011 I had this for Flow Limitation which was really bad:
To diagnose FL the S9 checks the flatness of the respiration curve and assign an out of roundness weight level to it like this:
You can see here how my S9 raised the FL graph b/c of flatness of the tops of my respiration curves:
