AHI of 0!

Post by Sclark08 » Fri Jul 11, 2014 2:50 am

I have had the past 2 nights with an AHI of 0 according to sleepyhead. NO EVENTS at all.
Im not doing anything except adjusted ipap up from 12.8 to 13. Could that make that big a difference? Or have I finally found the perfect pressure for me.
All of my graphs look good

It could be real or a fluke but it mean nothing.

It sounds good initially, but some machines do get stuck delivering the same AHI figures. Have you unplugged the machine for at least a few minutes to let everything reset itself? If your AHI is zero the next night it is probably correct; if not, it was just a glitch in the recording. Sorry to be negative, but we can't always rely on the electronics!

Personally I am now convinced its sleepyhead because I just ran my card through ResScan and got a different reading for today. Yesterday still read 0 AHI

Zeros are fun.
Congratulations.
I got one a couple weeks ago.
Last night 4.9 AHI. I tried the Falcon sleeping position. It was great for a couple of hours but I could not handle lying still all night. I must flop around like a fresh cought fish. Change is great, but it does not always provide improvement.
