Zoocrewphoto is spot on!
There is a separate part for turning it on, looks like mine was set to off all this while??!!
Which also means I probably do not need the ramp haha since it was never activated since feb when I switched from my dying remstar auto thats machine lasted more than 7 years!

Hi- Does anyone know how to increase the pressure on the cpap? Mine is at 10 but I think it needs to be higher?

Hold down the big circle button on the right side, and the lower of the two vertical buttons (at the same time). That will bring up the clinician menu. Then rotate the knob to get the item you want to change, push the button on the knob to let you change it. Then rotate it again to go up and down.
