Hi All-
I'm trying very hard to find a mask that I can tolerate. I'm on my 3rd mask and it still isn't working. Please help!
I started with an older style Swift nasal pillow mask. There is a plastic piece in the back at the base that gives me a headache. The actual mask part is quite comfortable except for the hurricane of air that vents and blows my husband out of bed.
Next I tried the airfit P10. I like the mask, kind of. I love the light weight hose and minimal head gear. However the elastic slips off my head no matter how I position it and I'm in-between sizes for the pillows. The size small make me feel like I'm drowning, but the medium pillows are too big.
After many nights of waking up groggy, my ears clogged and feeling lightheaded despite good numbers, I decided to try a different style mask to see if it would help.
I now have the Wisp nasal mask. I feel less lightheaded when I wake up. Overall I find the mask comfortable, but I'm struggling with the headgear. Because the top (over-the-head) strap can't be adjusted, the bottom straps ride up and press against my ears and hurt. I find myself pulling them down all night. Also, the back bottom strap is causing the same headache pain I got with my original Swift. I thought maybe the wider strap would help spread out the pressure on my neck, but it is actually worse. Also, I am having trouble getting a good seal with the mask. I have the straps as loose as I can. The small sized mask pinches my nose, but the medium size is too big and sits too close to my yes and lets air out.
When I first tried to use my CPAP several years ago, I gave up after trying one mask. Now I am dedicated to finding one that works for me. I know everyone is different, but I am open to suggestions. Please help! I will try anything and everything.
Please help me find a mask that won't give me a headache

Have you tried the Swift FX Bella?
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... -cpap.html
It loops around the ears instead of around the head. I use it as my primary mask nowadays, really helped me. The men's version is with S/M/L pillows and the women's comes with XS/S/M pillows, but if I remember right the ear loops are the same size either way, but they're adjustable.

In addition to the Swift FX Bella Loops already mentioned you might look at this nasal pillow mask...no headgear at all.

Also if you like the Wisp cushion you might look at the Swift FX Nano. The cushion over the nose is similar but the headgear isn't so annoying as the Wisp headgear.

You can also use the Swift FX Nasal pillows (like with the Bella loops) with the headgear for the Nano.
